Hummus & Pita
Ingedients:
- 2 Tbs Hummus
- 1 Whole Wheat or Ezekiel Pita Wrap
- 1 Carrot sliced
- 1 splash of olive oil
Heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat in a no stick pan. Place pita in pan a brown on each side to desired crispness. While pita is crisping spoon the hummus on to a plate. Slice the carrot and place on to the plate. Next cut the pita into wedges place onto the plate and serve.
