Bruner's Berry Blast
Ingedients:
- 1 oz. Portland Punch concentrate (substitute any berry or grape juice)
- 4 oz Water
- 4 oz Fat Free Milk (substitute vanilla yogurt for thicker smoothie)
- 1/2 Cup Mixed Berries
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 6 ice cubes (more or less to suit your taste)
- 1 Tbs Ground Psyllium husks
Place all the ingredients into a bender and blend until smooth. Serve.
