Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
1 can Albacore Tuna
1/4 head of Romaine or Butter leaf lettuce
1 sliced tomato
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup sliced or chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped or peeled carrot slices
1/4 cup black beans
2 Tbs Sesame Soy ginger Vinaigrette
Mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl and serve.
Chicken/Turkey Wrap
Ingredients:
1 Whole Wheat or Ezekiel Tortilla or Wrap
4 oz roasted Chicken or Turkey Breast chopped
1 Tbs non fat Cream Cheese
1/2 Tomato diced
1/2 cup fresh Spinach Leafs
2 Tbs Red Onion diced
1 Tbs Italian Dressing
Place wrap on a plate. Spread the cream cheese over the wrap. Add the rest of the ingredients, roll up the wrap and serve.
